When we pulled into the area the day before the Jesse and Trissta’s Jackson Wyoming Ranch Wedding, the smoke was so thick I told Nelson, “The Grand Tetons are over there…you just can’t see them.”
But the next day as we drove to their Grand Teton National Park Ceremony site, I was beside myself excited because the smoke was gone, the wind had calmed and every direction I turned took my breath away.
Jesse & Trissta planned a small, simple, laid-back wedding day surrounded by their closest friends and family. Their standing-ceremony took place at the foot of the Grand Teton Mountains, followed by a hike along String Lake where it all started…meeting through mutual friends while tubing on Leigh Lake. They ended the day with dinner and toasts at Dornan’s the little gas station where Trissta finally told Jesse she would go out with him. Read more of their story from their Jackson Wyoming Engagement.
The entire day was so intimate and special. From the look on Jesse’s face as Trissta and her and her dad rode down the “aisle” to the place where they’d make their vows to each other, to the little charms gifted to her from family and friends that Trista wore on her STUNNING Spell & the Gypsy wedding dress.
Getting to tag along with these two during their wedding day was nothing shy of wedding photographer daydream. I mean who wouldn’t love cruising around the Tetons with two lovebirds making eyes at each other in their very special Checker Aerobus.
