Adam and Greta’s Columbus Ohio Wedding was simple and meaningful!
As you will see The Kelton House was the perfect location for their small family ceremony and reception. Located in the heart of busy Columbus, the garden is an peaceful oasis with gorgeous architect and cheery flowers! And if that wasn’t enough to excite this desert based wedding photographer, the inside of the mansion was a vintage dream! In high school I was obsessed with the Civil War Era and even in the whirlwind of the wedding day rush, I couldn’t help but be in awe of the history I was walking through! If you are ever in Ohio and are craving a slice of history (or love stories of the Underground Railroad) stop in and tour The Kelton House!

The ceremony for Adam and Greta had such a gorgeous setting and beautiful music. That combined with the beaming smiles on their faces, I couldn’t help but love everything about it! There was much work and rushing that lead to the moment Greta was walked down the isle and it was all so worth it to see the look on Adams face!

A few of the common wedding hiccups caused the the ceremony to run late and the sun had completely set before we had a chance to get portraits of the bride and groom! But thanks to the Kelton House being beautifully lit, we were able to get some quick and sweet portraits of the new Mr & Mrs.

Cake and cookies flowed freely at their cozy reception in the carriage house of the mansion and all too soon it was time to send Adam & Greta off on their honeymoon!

This wedding had some of the most touching moments I’ve had the honor of photographing in a while! Everything from their their First-Touch to my personal favorite, the last shot of the night…The moment they were pulling out of the reception in their decorated car with all the family gathered around cheering and clapping. Greta was dancing in her seat, Adam looked like a kid in a candy store, someone was blowing bubbles and Grandma? She was just laughing at it all!
